    One of the most popular events of Credenz , paper presentation gives a platform to undergraduate students to present papers on any technical topic.

    It is always said that knowledge is not something to be confined to oneself, instead its to be shared as much as possible.

    So, here is your chance to challenge your own skills to research and put forth your ideas on technology in front of an experienced panel of judges.

    1. A team of maximum three candidates pursuing undergraduate or a team or maximum three candidates pursuing postgraduate program are allowed per team.

    2. Registration fee is Rs.200 per team for non IEEE members and Rs. 180 for IEEE members.

    3. All the participants should bring receipt and valid I-cards while coming for the contest. No one without I-card will be allowed for the contest and the team will be disqualified.

    1. Only soft copy, a .pdf file, of the paper should be submitted. The paper should not exceed more than 6 pages.

    2. Soft copy of the technical paper should be mailed to paper@credenz.info

    3. The paper should be strictly in IEEE FORMAT.

    4. The last date of registration and submission of soft copy is 7th Sept 2011.

    5. The short listed people will be informed through email and will also be displayed on the website.

    6. At the time of the event participants will have to submit 3 hard copies of the paper.

    7. On the selection of the paper the authors will have to deliver a presentation on their topic for 10 minutes followed by 5 minutes of question - answer session.

    8. The presentation should be in power point format (.ppt or .pps).

    1. Oratory and Presentation skills will be of prime importance.

    2. Relevance of the content in context with the chosen topic.

    3. Judge's decision will be final and binding on all.
